A Certified Master Business Coach, Cindy empowers business leaders to clarify goals, enhance leadership, and achieve growth. Recognized for coaching excellence, she is also an active community leader and Rotary member. In her free time, Cindy enjoys traveling, kayaking, and family time.

Cindy Piva is the Founder and Principal Business Coach of Thrive Business Strategies, a consulting firm she launched in 2009 to empower business owners, executives, and leadership teams to grow strategically, lead effectively, and build high-performing organizations. She brings a unique blend of real-world entrepreneurial experience, academic training, and certified coaching excellence to every client engagement.
Cindy holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia (UBC), a Certified Professional Master Business Coach (CPMBC) designation, and is a Certified Professional in Leadership Development (CPLD). She is also a founding member of the Global Alliance for Professional Leadership Development (GAPLD) and holds certifications in Business Operating Systems (PBCA BOS), Guerrilla Marketing, Everything DiSC, and Extended DISC. These tools equip her with a robust toolkit to assess challenges, identify opportunities, and design results-driven strategies for sustainable business success.
With over 30 years of business ownership and leadership experience, Cindy began her career building and running Pineridge Golf Course, which she owned and operated for over two decades. After selling the business, she pivoted to focus on her passion for coaching and consulting, earning her credentials through the Professional Business Coaches Alliance (PBCA)—a premier organization dedicated to high standards and ethical practice in the coaching profession.
As a sought-after Business and Leadership Coach, Cindy works with business owners, CEOs, and leadership teams across multiple sectors. Her coaching is practical, strategic, and transformational. She helps organizations:

Beyond her business work, Cindy is a dedicated community leader. She is the Past President of the Kamloops and District Chamber of Commerce and a Board Member with the Kamloops Hospice Association. She has served in numerous leadership roles with Rotary, including Past President of Kamloops West Rotary, Learning Leader at the Rotary President Elect Training Seminar (training over 2,000 incoming Presidents), and District Trainer for Rotary District 5060. Her community service has earned her multiple honors including the Rotarian of the Year, President’s Award, and the District Governor’s Citation for Distinguished Service.
Outside of her professional life, Cindy enjoys traveling, curling, kayaking, paddleboarding, hiking, and spending quality time with her husband and family.

Anna Harrison
CPBC, CPLD
Anna Harrison is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 35 years of business experience. After successfully selling her business of 32 years, she transitioned into business and leadership coaching, working with business owners, nonprofits, and leaders to help them achieve new levels of success in both their professional and personal lives.
Certified by the Professional Business Coaches Association (PBCA) and a founding member of the Global Alliance for Professional Leadership Development (GAPLD), Anna specializes in strategic planning, leadership development, business growth, and implementing systems that build sustainable organizations.
Deeply committed to her community, Anna has served as President of the Kamloops Chamber of Commerce and played a key role in initiatives with the Downtown Business Association. She is also actively involved with the Marketplace Leaders Leadership Team, Motion Church Leadership Team, and Rotary, where she has held leadership roles such as Club President, Assistant District Governor, and Training Leader, facilitating leadership development for future presidents.
Anna’s contributions have been recognized with multiple awards, including PBCA Coach of the Year, Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year, Chamber of Commerce Businessperson of the Year finalist, Rotarian of the Year, and Woman of the Year from the Business and Professional Women’s Association.
Outside of her professional work, Anna enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, and reading.
