Cindy’s Story
Founder & Principal, Thrive Business Strategies
Cindy Piva is the Founder and Principal of Thrive Business Strategies, bringing over 30 years of entrepreneurial and leadership experience. Before launching Thrive in 2009, she owned and operated Pineridge Golf Course for more than two decades, overseeing its development, construction, and management.
After completing her Certified Master Business Coach (CPMBC) training through the Professional Business Coaches Alliance (PBCA), Cindy founded Thrive to help organizations, business owners, and leadership teams achieve strategic clarity, leadership excellence, and sustainable growth.

Anna Harrison brings over 35 years of business ownership and leadership experience to her role at Thrive Business Strategies. Before joining Thrive, she spent more than three decades building and successfully selling Genesis Holding Co. Ltd., a multi-division company known for operational excellence and strong team leadership.
After earning her certification through the Professional Business Coaches Association (PBCA), Anna transitioned into business and leadership coaching, specializing in strategic planning, leadership development, and sustainable growth strategies for organizations, business owners, and leadership teams.
